A basement remodel starts with understanding how you want to use your space-whether its a family room,home office, guest suite, or entertainment area. We begin with evaluating the existing basement, including ceiling height, moisture control,insulation, and layout then create a plan that maximizes comfort and usable space. 

From there the process will begin with water and or moisture control solutions(If necessary). After that framing walls, adding insulation and adding any plumbing, electrical, or HVAC in the space. Once all that has been taken care of we can install drywall,flooring,lights, and any custom features such as bathrooms, built-ins, bars, or movie theater features. 

Throughout the project, we manage permits, inspections,scheduling, and communication to keep everything on track. We also keep the job site clean and organized. The finished result is a fully functional, comfortable living space that adds usable to square footage to your home.
